Chocolate Sable Tartlets
These chocolate sable tartlets are a delightful and easy dessert, perfect for chocolate lovers. Featuring a crispy base and a smooth ganache, they are fantastic for a quick treat or for celebrating Easter.

– **Ready-made sable pastry**: 1 unit
– **Dark or milk chocolate**: 150 g
– **Milk**: 100 ml
– **Butter**: 25 g
– **Silicone tart molds (10 cm)**: 6
– **Circle cutter (12 cm)**: 1

1. Prepare the Ganache
Melt the chocolate in the milk over low heat. Once melted, remove from the heat and stir in the cold butter, cut into pieces. Allow the mixture to cool.
2. Bake the Tartlet Bases
Unroll the sable pastry and use a 12 cm circle cutter to cut out discs. Press these discs into six mini silicone molds and bake at 350°F (180°C) for 15 minutes. Allow to cool.
3. Fill the Tartlets
Fill each tartlet with the prepared chocolate ganache. Chill in the refrigerator for 15 minutes before serving.
Decoration
