Easy Chicken Stir-Fry Noodles Recipe – Quick & Delicious!

Chicken Stir-Fried Noodles are a quick, simple, and flavorful dish. Cooked in a wok with crisp vegetables and aromatic sauces, they are perfect for an easy and friendly home-cooked meal.

Ingredients

– For 4 servings:
– 1 package of Chinese noodles
– 5 chicken cutlets
– 1 carrot
– 1 leek (white part only)
– 2 onions
– 1 can of bamboo shoots
– 1 can of bean sprouts
– 2 tablespoons soy sauce
– 2 tablespoons oyster sauce
– 2 tablespoons Chinese barbecue sauce
– 2 tablespoons olive oil
– 1 teaspoon sesame seeds
– 1 pinch of Cayenne pepper
– A knob of butter

Preparation

– **Cook Time:** 35 minutes

Steps

1. Slice the chicken cutlets into strips and marinate with the soy sauce, oyster sauce, barbecue sauce, sesame seeds, and Cayenne pepper for 30 minutes.

2. Thinly slice the leek, carrot, and onions. Drain the bean sprouts and bamboo shoots.

3. Boil the noodles in lightly salted water for 10 minutes, then drain them.

4. In a wok, sauté the vegetables in butter over high heat for 5 minutes, then drain them.

5. In the same wok, heat the oil and sear the marinated chicken on very high heat for about 15 minutes. Drain the chicken and reduce the sauce by half.

To Finish

Combine the noodles back into the wok and stir-fry for 5 minutes. Add the chicken and vegetables, and serve piping hot.
