– Onions – 3 whole
– Garlic – 2 cloves
– Ground Beef – 600g
– Paris Mushrooms – 5 whole
– Tomato Paste – 4 tbsp
– Thyme – 3 sprigs
– Bay Leaf – 1
– Parsley – 5 sprigs
– Dried Oregano – 1 tbsp
– Basil – 8 leaves
– Additional Garlic – 1 clove
– Salt – to taste
– Pepper – to taste
– Sugar – 1 cube
Preparation

– **Cook Time: 20 minutes**
1. Start by heating 3 tablespoons of olive oil in a heavy-bottomed pot. Sauté the finely chopped onions followed by the mushrooms cut into pieces.
2. Stir in the tomato paste diluted in 3/4 liter of water. Add a cube of sugar to reduce acidity. Season with salt and pepper.
3. Mix in the thyme, bay leaf, chopped parsley, basil, oregano, and crushed garlic.
4. Then, add the ground beef which you should have already seasoned with salt and pepper.
5. Allow the mixture to simmer for 20 to 25 minutes on low heat.
To Finish
– Serve with spaghetti.
