“My daughter tells me I wear too many trench coats,” Angelina Jolie shared in a video interview with WSJ Magazine. This fashion item is among her favorites. She further mentioned, “I think I stopped wearing certain things when I had teenagers.” On the flip side, her kids prefer seeing her in more avant-garde outfits. “I’ve realized as my children have grown that when I dress up or when I’m creative…, they’re very happy about it,” the actress confessed with a smile.
It’s common to spot Zahara, Knox, Vivienne, Shiloh, and Maddox Jolie-Pitt on the red carpet wearing second-hand clothes from Angelina Jolie’s own wardrobe. Regarding this, the “Mr. & Mrs. Smith” star explained that she opens up her closet to her children so they can find their own style. “As a mother, I want to know who my children are, and I want to introduce them to things that challenge them or help them think outside the box,” she told WSJ.
