– Strawberries: 350 g
– Cucumber: 1/2 piece
– Radishes: 1/2 bunch
– Shallot: 1 piece
– Lemon juice: from 1/2 lemon
– Mint leaves: 4
– Quinoa: 60 g
– Olive oil: 4 tablespoons
– Salt: to taste
– Pepper: to taste

1. Cooking the Quinoa

Start by thoroughly rinsing the quinoa. Cook it in boiling salted water for about 10 minutes, then drain well.

2. Adding Ingredients to the Quinoa

Hull the strawberries and cut them into halves or quarters depending on their size. Wash and dry the cucumber, then chop it into pieces or thin slices. Finely slice the shallot.
