– 1 ready-made pie crust
– 15 cl milk
– 15 cl heavy cream
– 2 eggs
– 2 logs of goat cheese
– 8 slices of bacon

Steps
1. Prepare the Pie Crust and Preheat the Oven
Unroll the pie crust, keeping it on the parchment paper, and fit it into a pie dish. Prick the bottom of the crust with a fork. Preheat the oven to 392°F (thermostat 6-7).
2. Mix the Filling
In a mixing bowl, combine the milk, cream, and eggs. Crush one and a half logs of goat cheese and blend into the mixture. Cut the bacon into thin strips and stir them in.
3. Fill the Crust and Add Goat Cheese Toppings
Pour the goat cheese mixture into the prepared crust. Slice the remaining half log of goat cheese into rounds and arrange them on top of the filling. Fold the edges of the crust inward over the filling.
4. Bake the Quiche
Bake in the preheated oven for 20 to 30 minutes. If the top browns too quickly, cover with aluminum foil three-quarters of the way through baking.
