1. Making the Dough

2. Adding the Eggs

3. Frying the Churros

Place the dough into a piping bag fitted with a star-shaped nozzle. Heat the oil to 180°C (356°F). Pipe sticks of dough into the hot oil and fry for 2 to 4 minutes until golden brown.

Filling the Churros

Once they are warm, use a wooden skewer to pierce the center of each churro. Using a fine nozzle, inject chocolate spread into the center of each churro. Finally, roll them in the remaining sugar.
