Traditional Ramen Noodles
Traditional ramen noodles provide a rich broth, melt-in-your-mouth noodles, and hearty toppings. This authentic recipe brings the depth of Japanese flavors into your home, creating a comforting and complete dish.
Ingredients
For 4 servings:
– **Chintan Broth**: 25 cl
– **Rice Noodles**: 250 g
– **Pork Belly**: 500 g
– **Eggs**: 4
– **Onions**: 2
– **Fresh Ginger**: 4 cm
– **Yuzu**: 0.5
– **Soy Sauce**: 10 cl
– **Sesame Oil**
– **Water**: 1 liter
– **Chives**

Steps
1. Cook the eggs in simmering water for 8 minutes. Set aside.
2. Boil the noodles according to the package instructions. Set aside.
3. Dissolve the Chintan broth in 1 liter of boiling water. Set aside.
4. Peel and slice the onions. Sauté them in sesame oil.
5. Sear the sliced pork with the onions in sesame oil over high heat for 2 minutes on each side. Add the soy sauce and yuzu zest. Continue to cook the meat on medium heat for 5-10 minutes.
To Finish
Assemble the ramen bowls: pour the broth into each bowl, add noodles, pork slices, one egg halved, and sprinkle with freshly chopped chives. Serve immediately.
