Among the most coveted titles is that of the leading label. This year, a brand favored by trendy girls and celebrities alike for its irreverence has been crowned the most popular brand on the planet for the third consecutive year. From 2022 to 2025, it saw a staggering 138% increase in demand for its products. The label reigning supreme in 2025 is none other than Miu Miu.
This outcome is hardly surprising considering that in recent years, the brand initiated by Miuccia Prada has punctuated several key moments in the fashion scene, set major trends, and released items that everyone clamored to own. Particularly noteworthy was its impact on the modeling debut of Nicole Kidman and Keith Urban’s daughter, Sunday Rose, who first graced the runway for Miu Miu in October 2024. Among the items that gained universal acclaim were the iconic round glasses seen everywhere, the Arcadie bowling bag spotted on Louane or Thylane Blondeau, and the celebrated ballerinas that have revived the status of these once-forgotten shoes.
Impressive Numbers Amidst Industry Challenges
Financially, the brand has also been praised by industry experts for its resilience in a faltering luxury market. Its performances have earned it the nickname “the little luxury rocket” by Les Echos. According to Business of Fashion, its sales skyrocketed by 82% at the beginning of 2024. All eyes will be on Miu Miu next year to see if it maintains its top position.
