– Sunflower oil: 50 ml
– Duck legs: 2
– Duck wings: 2
– Potatoes: 1 kg
– Garlic cloves: 4
– Salt: 1 pinch
– Pepper: 1 pinch
– Fresh parsley: 1 bunch

1. Cooking
Begin by browning the duck legs and wings in a large skillet or Dutch oven with the sunflower oil. Once browned, remove the duck pieces and set them aside on a plate. In the same skillet, add the potatoes, which should be peeled and cut into chunks, and brown them as well. Stir occasionally. Then, return the duck legs and wings to the skillet with the potatoes, cover, and cook over medium heat for 40-45 minutes, or until the meat is cooked through and the potatoes are tender. Stir occasionally. Near the end of cooking, add the minced garlic, salt, and pepper, mixing well for 1-2 minutes.
2. Serving
