For the Shortbread Crust

– Flour: 250 grams
– Sugar: 125 grams
– Egg: 1 (whole)
– Lemon zest: from 1 lemon

– Strawberries: 500 grams
– White Chocolate: 150 grams
– Thick Cream: 150 ml

Preparation

1. Start by washing and draining the strawberries before you begin making the shortbread crust. To prepare the crust, in a bowl, whisk the egg with the granulated sugar and a pinch of salt.

2. Place the flour on your work surface, create a well in the middle, and pour in the egg mixture along with the lemon zest and melted butter (ensure the butter is not liquid!).
