- 2 chicken breasts
- 2 tablespoons of salty soy sauce

- 2 cloves of garlic

- 250 grams of rice
- A drizzle of olive oil (or sesame oil)
Preparation Steps
1. Cooking the Carrots
Place the package of Quick-Cook Carrots directly in the microwave and cook following the instructions on the back of the package for 6 minutes. Let the bag rest for 2 minutes.
2. Preparing the Topping
Cut the chicken breasts into pieces. In a skillet, heat a drizzle of oil and sauté the chicken with minced garlic and ginger for about ten minutes.
