Try This Delicious and Comforting Summer Recipe: Zucchini Parmesan Gratin

This easy-to-prepare dish will delight the whole family with its Mediterranean flavors. Ideal for using fresh zucchinis from the garden or market, this gratin is sure to win over even the skeptics.
Ingredients
For 4 servings:
– Zucchini: 500g
– Grated Parmesan: 100g
– Eggs: 2
– Minced Garlic: 1 clove
– Heavy Cream: 20cl
Preparation
1. If you were a zucchini… what kind would you be?? That’s the existential question of the day!
Preheat your oven to 350°F (180°C).
Let’s get started! First, wash the zucchinis and cut them into slices about 3 mm thick.
In a large skillet, gently sauté the minced garlic in olive oil for about 3 minutes.
Add the zucchini slices and cook for about 10 minutes.
Season with salt and pepper.
2. In a mixing bowl, whisk the eggs. Add the heavy cream, then the Parmesan, and finish with a bit of salt and pepper.
Place the zucchinis in a beautiful gratin dish, and cover them with the egg and cream mixture.
And off it goes… into the oven for 30 minutes at 350°F (180°C).
