Ingredients

For 4 servings:

– Zucchini: 500g
– Grated Parmesan: 100g
– Eggs: 2
– Minced Garlic: 1 clove
– Heavy Cream: 20cl

Preparation

1. If you were a zucchini… what kind would you be?? That’s the existential question of the day!

Preheat your oven to 350°F (180°C).

Let’s get started! First, wash the zucchinis and cut them into slices about 3 mm thick.
In a large skillet, gently sauté the minced garlic in olive oil for about 3 minutes.
Add the zucchini slices and cook for about 10 minutes.
Season with salt and pepper.

2. In a mixing bowl, whisk the eggs. Add the heavy cream, then the Parmesan, and finish with a bit of salt and pepper.
Place the zucchinis in a beautiful gratin dish, and cover them with the egg and cream mixture.
And off it goes… into the oven for 30 minutes at 350°F (180°C).
