Ingredients
– Cauliflower (small) – 1 unit
– Eggs – 2 units
– Grated Parmesan – 100 g
– Garlic powder – 1 tsp
– Paprika – 1 tsp
– Salt – a pinch
– Pepper – a pinch
Instructions
1. **Preheat the Airfryer**
Set your Airfryer to preheat at 356°F (180°C).
2. **Prepare the Cauliflower**
Wash and cut the cauliflower into small florets. Blend them until they are finely powdered.
3. **Making the Croquettes**
In a mixing bowl, combine the powdered cauliflower, eggs, grated Parmesan, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper until you have a uniform mixture. Shape this mixture into small croquettes using your hands.
4. **Cooking the Croquettes**
Place the croquettes in the Airfryer basket. Cook for 15 minutes, or until they are nicely browned.
