Delicious Mustard and Ketchup Marinated Skewers with Bell Peppers

– Venison: 300 grams
– Red bell pepper: 1
– Mustard: 1 tablespoon
– Ketchup: 1 tablespoon
– Soy sauce: 2 tablespoons
– Lovage (optional): 1 teaspoon

Step 1: Prepare the Marinade
Combine the mustard, ketchup, soy sauce, and lovage in a bowl. Cut the venison into small cubes and let it marinate for at least 2 hours, or longer for enhanced flavor.
Step 2: Assemble the Skewers
Cut the red bell pepper into squares, roughly the same size as the venison pieces. Thread the marinated venison and bell pepper squares alternately onto skewer sticks.
Step 3: Cooking
Lightly spray the skewers with cooking oil and cook them in an air fryer at 200 degrees Celsius (392 degrees Fahrenheit) for 15 minutes, until nicely browned and cooked through.
