Ingredients

– Venison: 300 grams
– Red bell pepper: 1
– Mustard: 1 tablespoon
– Ketchup: 1 tablespoon
– Soy sauce: 2 tablespoons
– Lovage (optional): 1 teaspoon

Step 1: Prepare the Marinade
