At 15, Princess Josephine Brilliantly Channels Her Mother’s Fashion Sense
On March 22, Princess Josephine and Prince Vincent of Denmark were seen at a service preparing for their confirmation. For this occasion, the young princess seemed to draw heavily from her mother’s fashion playbook.
Accompanied by their grandmother, Queen Margrethe of Denmark, the 15-year-old twins made an appearance one month prior to their confirmation at Fredensborg Castle Church. The children of King Frederik X and Queen Mary showcased their elegance, mirroring the impeccable style of the royal family. Josephine’s outfit, in particular, was a nod to her mother’s style, featuring pieces previously seen on the Danish queen. First, she wore a floral print blue blouse made of silk from ME+EM, which caught the eye with its high ruffled collar and lace trim, adding a fashionable touch to her look. Additionally, Josephine sported a burgundy blazer from the Spanish brand Massimo Dutti, which her mother had also worn before.
Inspiration from Princess Isabella
Princess Josephine of Denmark also found inspiration from her older sister, Princess Isabella. She accessorized with the light blue “Helen” clutch, which matched her blouse’s color. This accessory, from the Copenhagen-based brand Aiayu, has been seen with her sister before. The hand-knitted bag from Bolivia is priced at 225 euros.
To complete her stylish ensemble, the fourth in line to the Danish throne wore “Indie” earrings from Maanesten, priced at 120 euros. It’s clear that with such fashion role models, Princess Josephine has a promising future in the world of style.
