- Garlic – 2 heads
- Olive oil – 15 ml
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F.
- Slice the tops off the garlic heads horizontally.
- Place a sheet of aluminum foil on a baking sheet, and set the garlic heads cut-side up on the foil.
- Drizzle the olive oil over the garlic, then seal the foil around the garlic to create a packet.
