Race 6 Mariensky Stakes: 3:38pm
The 2013 Mariensky Stakes is a $100,000 1 1/16 mile turf race for three-year-old and up fillies and mares that have not won a graded sweepstakes race on turf in 2013. The Mariensky Stakes has drawn seven contenders with three more main track only eligible entries.

Trainer Christophe Clement entered both Naples Bay with 3/1 odds and Team with 10/1 odds. If the rain prohibits the race from being run on the inner turf as planned, Christophe Clement stated Naples Bay will be scratched.

Race 9 Jaipur Stakes: 5:11pm
The 2013 Jaipur Stakes is a $150,000 seven-furlong turf race for three-year-olds and up. Mr. Commons is everyone’s favorite at the moment but his connections are leery about his post position on the rail. We like six-year-old Beau Choix for the 2013 Jaipur Stakes. Beau Choix has 9/5 odds and will break from post position #2 right next to Mr. Commons.

Race 10 Brooklyn Handicap: 5:45pm 
The 2013 Brooklyn Handicap is a $200,000 handicap for three-year-olds and upward on 1 ½ mile dirt track. Ruler on Ice has my attention with 8/1 odds mostly because I like his name. He seems a bit unpredictable and sketchy, which I like. I also like Fast Falcon with 7/2 odds. He finished 2nd in his last two races and is said to be ready to roll!
