\n– Red Pesto: 70 grams<\/p>\n

How to Make Pesto Palmiers<\/h2>\n

1. Preparing the Palmiers<\/h3>\n

Start by rolling out your sheet of puff pastry on a cutting board. Spread the red pesto over one half of the pastry sheet, and the green pesto on the other half. Carefully roll each side towards the center of the pastry sheet, one from the red side and the other from the green side, meeting in the middle.<\/p>\n

2. Chill Before Cutting<\/h3>\n

Wrap your pastry log in cling film and place it in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes. This chilling time helps firm up the dough, making slicing into individual palmiers much easier.<\/p>\n

Cooking<\/h3>\n
