1. Start by heating 3 tablespoons of olive oil in a heavy-bottomed pot. Saut\u00e9 the finely chopped onions followed by the mushrooms cut into pieces.<\/p>\n
2. Stir in the tomato paste diluted in 3\/4 liter of water. Add a cube of sugar to reduce acidity. Season with salt and pepper.<\/p>\n
3. Mix in the thyme, bay leaf, chopped parsley, basil, oregano, and crushed garlic.<\/p>\n
4. Then, add the ground beef which you should have already seasoned with salt and pepper.<\/p>\n
5. Allow the mixture to simmer for 20 to 25 minutes on low heat.<\/p>\n
