– 500 g of almond powder
\n– A pinch of gum arabic powder
\n– 1 teaspoon of baking powder
\n– 1 teaspoon of butter
\n– 4 eggs
\n– 250 g of powdered sugar
\n– 2 tablespoons of lemon zest<\/p>\n

1. Start by blanching the almonds: boil them briefly, peel, and then grind them into a fine powder. To the ground almonds, add the gum arabic powder, baking powder, butter, three egg yolks, one whole egg, powdered sugar, and lemon zest.<\/p>\n
2. Mix all the ingredients thoroughly until you achieve a smooth dough. Oil your hands and shape the dough into small balls. Dip each ball into egg white and then roll them in powdered sugar for a sweet coating.<\/p>\n
Place the ghribias on a greased and floured baking sheet and bake in a preheated oven for 20 to 25 minutes. Enjoy these lovely cookies warm or at room temperature, ideally with a cup of mint tea.<\/p>\n\n\n
