– 1 ready-made pie crust
\n– 2 zucchinis
\n– 1 red onion
\n– 1\/2 cup of pecan nuts
\n– 2 eggs
\n– 1\/2 cup of heavy cream
\n– 1\/2 cup of grated cheese
\n– 1 tablespoon of olive oil
\n– 1 teaspoon of thyme
\n– 1 teaspoon of salt
\n– 1 teaspoon of pepper<\/p>\n

\nStart by preheating your oven to 350\u00b0F (177\u00b0C). Roll out the pie crust and fit it into a pie dish.<\/p>\n

Spread the saut\u00e9ed vegetables evenly over the crust and sprinkle with pecan nuts. In a bowl, whisk together the eggs, cream, grated cheese, thyme, salt, and pepper.
