1. Allow the butter to soften at room temperature. Do the same with the eggs and lemon.<\/p>\n
2. In a mixing bowl, cream the butter with the sugar until the mixture is smooth.<\/p>\n
3. Incorporate the beaten eggs and honey, and mix well.<\/p>\n
4. Sift the flour and baking powder into the mixture. Then add the lemon juice and grated lemon zest, mixing gently.<\/p>\n
5. Grease a baking mold (15 cm in diameter) and pour in the batter.<\/p>\n
