Once formed, place 5 pineapple slices on the caramel and allow them to caramelize for a few minutes. Add 2cl of rum and flamb\u00e9 the mixture. Set aside to cool.<\/p>\n<h4>Step 2: Prepare the Cookie Dough<\/h4>\n<p>\nMix the soft butter with brown sugar until creamy. Add the egg, followed by flour and baking powder. Fold in small pieces of pineapple (cut from 2 slices) and 0.5cl of rum.
