Start by boiling 250 ml of water with 60g of butter, 2 tablespoons of sugar, and a pinch of salt in a saucepan. Remove from heat and quickly stir in 225g of flour all at once. Vigorously mix until the dough forms a ball and pulls away from the sides of the pan.<\/p>\n
Let the dough cool for about 10 minutes. Then, add the eggs one at a time, thoroughly mixing after each until the dough is smooth.<\/p>\n
Place the dough into a piping bag fitted with a star-shaped nozzle. Heat the oil to 180\u00b0C (356\u00b0F). Pipe sticks of dough into the hot oil and fry for 2 to 4 minutes until golden brown.<\/p>\n
Once they are warm, use a wooden skewer to pierce the center of each churro. Using a fine nozzle, inject chocolate spread into the center of each churro. Finally, roll them in the remaining sugar.<\/p>\n
