It was her mother, Nathalie Baye, who picked out her outfits for school. These choices were not always well-received by a 14-year-old Laura. “A proper outfit, of course, something you might find at Benetton,” she mentioned. Laura’s secret tactic for wearing what she wanted? “I\u2019d pack other clothes in my bag, like a tartan skirt and high white socks, and change in the elevator,” she revealed.
