  1. Start by peeling and slicing the onion. Saut\u00e9 it in olive oil until soft and translucent, then set it aside.<\/li>\n

  2. Clean the pumpkin, cutting it into large chunks. You may peel it if you prefer. Remove the seeds. Next, peel, wash, and also chop the potatoes into large pieces.<\/li>\n
