Cook the potatoes<br \/><\/h4>\n<p>\nPeel the potatoes and slice them into thick rounds. Boil them in water until they are soft.<\/p>\n<h4>2. Prepare the vegetables and chervil<br \/><\/h4>\n<p>\nPeel and thinly slice the red onion. Wash, dry, and pick the leaves of the chervil. Trim the woody ends from the asparagus and boil them until tender.<\/p>\n<h4>3. Brown the potatoes<br \/><\/h4>\n<p>\nIn a skillet with a drizzle of olive oil, saut\u00e9 the boiled potatoes until they are lightly golden.<\/p>\n<h4>4. Prepare the haddock<br \/><\/h4>\n<p>\nSlice the haddock into thin pieces. Place them on a plate and sprinkle them with half of the lemon juice.<\/p>\n<h4>5. Cook the chorizo<br \/><\/h4>\n<p>\nCut the chorizo into cubes. Fry them in a hot skillet for 3 to 5 minutes, until they are golden and crispy. Set them aside, saving 2 tablespoons of the cooking juices.<\/p>\n<h4>6. Prepare the vinaigrette<br \/><\/h4>\n<p>\nIn a small bowl, combine the reserved chorizo cooking juices, 3 tablespoons of olive oil, the remaining half of the lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Whisk until emulsified.<\/p>\n<h4>Assemble the salad<br \/><\/h4>\n<p>\nIn a large salad bowl, gently mix the haddock, chorizo, potatoes, asparagus, and red onion. Add the caper flowers and chervil.
