It would be a shame to miss out on this treat.<\/p>\n<h3>Ingredients<br \/><\/h3>\n<p>\nFor 6 servings:<\/p>\n<h4>Batter:<br \/><\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>Rhubarb: 400g<\/li>\n<li>Eggs: 3<\/li>\n<li>Sugar: 120g<\/li>\n<li>Vanilla bean: 1<\/li>\n<li>Flour: 60g<\/li>\n<li>Full-fat cream (30% MG): 200g<\/li>\n<li>Whole milk: 200g<br \/>\n<h4>Additional:<br \/><\/h4>\n<\/li>\n<li>Soft butter for greasing the pan: 20g<\/li>\n<li>Sugar for the pan: 2 tbsp<\/li>\n<li>Icing sugar for dusting: 1 tbsp<br \/>\n<h3>Preparation<br \/><\/h3>\n<p><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li><strong>Prepare the Rhubarb<\/strong><br \/>\nWash, dry, and chop the rhubarb into small pieces.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li><strong>Preheat the Oven<\/strong><br \/>\nPreheat your oven to 350\u00b0F (180\u00b0C) with conventional settings.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li><strong>Prepare the Baking Dish<\/strong><br \/>\nThoroughly butter a 22 cm round baking dish and sprinkle it with sugar.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li><strong>Prepare the Batter<\/strong><br \/>\nIn a bowl, combine the eggs, sugar, and the scraped seeds from the vanilla bean. Whisk until smooth. Sift in the flour and mix again to incorporate.
