Andr\u00e9 first entered bankruptcy in 2020 and again in February 2023. It has changed owners multiple times, having been managed by companies such as Vivarte, Spartoo, 1Monde9, and Optakare, in hopes of reversing its dire fortunes. However, this third bankruptcy filing suggests a highly uncertain future.
