Preparing the Marinade<\/h3>\n<p>While the guinea fowl is cooking, prepare the honey marinade. In a bowl, mix the honey, balsamic vinegar, and a drizzle of olive oil. Season with salt and pepper. Set aside.<\/p>\n<h3>4. Finishing Touches<\/h3>\n<p>After cooking for an hour, remove the dish from the oven and brush everything with the honey and balsamic vinegar mixture.
