However, since it&#8217;s a favorite of mine when spring arrives, I&#8217;ve decided to share it!<\/p>\n<h3>Ingredients<br \/><\/h3>\n<p><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Eggs<\/strong>: 2 units<\/li>\n<li><strong>Milk or cream<\/strong>: A few tablespoons<\/li>\n<li><strong>Baking soda<\/strong>: A pinch<\/li>\n<li><strong>Choice of herbs<\/strong>: A few sprigs<\/li>\n<li><strong>Ghee or olive oil<\/strong>: 1 teaspoon<\/li>\n<li><strong>Salt and pepper<\/strong>: A few pinches<br \/>\n<h3>Preparation<br \/><\/h3>\n<p><\/p>\n<h4>1. Preparing the Ingredients<br \/><\/h4>\n<p>\nFinely chop the herbs (here I&#8217;ve used chervil, oregano, and chives). Break the eggs into a mixing bowl and add a drizzle of cream or milk, the baking soda, salt, pepper, and the herbs. Whisk well.<\/p>\n<h4>Cooking<br \/><\/h4>\n<p>\nHeat a small amount of ghee in a non-stick frying pan. Pour in your egg mixture.
