It&#8217;s a hearty and comforting dish, perfect for dinner!<\/p>\n<h2>Ingredients<\/h2>\n<p>&#8211; 250g of fresh egg tagliatelle<br \/>\n&#8211; 400g of tender beef<br \/>\n&#8211; 250g of white mushrooms (or a mix of chanterelles, girolles, etc.)<br \/>\n&#8211; 25cl of full-fat liquid cream<br \/>\n&#8211; 1 glass of dry white wine<br \/>\n&#8211; 2 onions<br \/>\n&#8211; 1 tsp of paprika<br \/>\n&#8211; 1 tbsp of whole grain mustard<br \/>\n&#8211; 2 tbsp of tomato paste<br \/>\n&#8211; 0.5 bunch of flat-leaf parsley<br \/>\n&#8211; A pinch of salt<br \/>\n&#8211; A pinch of freshly ground pepper<br \/>\n&#8211; 1 tsp of sugar<br \/>\n&#8211; A drizzle of olive oil<br \/>\n&#8211; 30g of butter<\/p>\n<h2>Instructions<\/h2>\n<p>1. <\/p>\n<h3>Prepare the Ingredients<\/h3>\n<p>\n   Slice the beef into thin strips. In a bowl, mix the beef with a little olive oil, paprika, and pepper. Clean and chop the mushrooms. Slice the onions. Wash and chop the parsley.<\/p>\n<p>2. <\/p>\n<h3>Cooking<\/h3>\n<p>\n   In a skillet, sweat the onions with butter and two tablespoons of olive oil over medium heat for about 10 minutes.
