At First Glance, Simple Yet Meticulously Styled: The Swedish Princess’s Look
While it might have seemed straightforward at first glance, the Swedish princess had meticulously worked on the details of her outfit to craft a flawless silhouette.
On May 25th, the Swedish Crown Princess attended the Astrid Lindgren Memorial Award ceremony, where she dazzled attendees with her elegant and spring-like fashion choice.
The event took place at the Stockholm Concert Hall, aimed at boosting interest in literature among youth globally. Princess Victoria of Sweden presented the award to Jon Klassen, a Canadian picture book illustrator and artist. Stepping onto the stage with the award named after the famed Swedish novelist, the princess revealed her outfit that skillfully combined elegance and patterns. A lover of floral pieces, the highlight of her ensemble was her skirt. It was a long model from the Norwegian fashion brand ByTiMo, made of taffeta and featuring a flared, A-line cut. This style secret, well-known among red carpet celebrities for instantly lengthening one’s figure, showcased the princess perfectly. Paired with her black leather “Gianvito 105” pumps by Gianvito Rossi, Princess Victoria appeared taller and more striking.
Regarding her jewelry, Princess Victoria chose originality. She opted for silver accessories with unusual shapes and designs. Notably, her bracelet from Edblad featured abstract lines inspired by wave movements. A Maria Nilsdotter pendant depicting a horse adorned her neck, while her earrings with their intriguing shapes completed her look.
Also crafted by a Swedish jewelry brand, the earrings depicted standing figures in a captivating style. At 48 years old, the princess brought boldness to her evening attire without sacrificing chicness—a true fashion statement!
